Beautiful Beckett
The cat actually just barely weighs more. That is the hugest cat ever--this picture is way too slimming of him. Delta is something like 23 lbs!!! He's large and in charge, is all I'm saying.
Our little laughing Bucket.
Dapa's birthday balloons followed Em everywhere--she even fell asleep holding a giant bouquet of balloons!!!
Emma's buddy "Brim-Bry-Eye". None of us know why that's what she calls him. She just does.
Kaia Buck in her Cowgirl hat.Playing in the yard.
Eating crackers on Auntie's deck
Our lives seem to be governed by the gorgeous, time-consuming, huge addition and garage that Lewis has lovingly constructed. We love the big garage and master suite (which is almost ready for us to move into!), but we are SO looking forward to the end of construction and more family time! So, wonderfully, we've started one step forward--the driveway! Thanks to our generous friend Bill, Lewis was able to use a Bobcat instead of a shovel to scrape down the driveway and move the base material around. He then rented a compacting machine to compact the base down (Emma helped! She also made a "slide" out of the pile of base.) We chose recycled base material, which, among other things, had little pieces of sand-worn colored glass to hunt for. They aren't sharp, and cleaned up beautifully! The girls loved the hunt!
