Easter / Orange County / Lewis' Mad Egg Search...

Every year, the local paper hides a few Easter eggs that entitle the finder to a number of "fabulous prizes" valued at $2500 or so. Every year, Lewis swears we'll find the egg, and he saves the clues and goes on the hunt. We have yet to find it...but it's a great chance to get outside and hike around for a few hours!

Daddy, looking through the brush on the train tracks for the Easter egg. After Egg-hunting, we went out for Mexican food. Lewis ordered the "Super Grande Loco Burrito". It lived up to its name--it lasted 3 meals for him!

Emma, Kaia, and Great-Uncle Pat
We went to Orange County (Mama and the Girls, as Dada had to work at his new job) to visit family over Easter. The girls took a liking to my Great Uncle Pat...especially Kaia! She just cuddled right up next to him and sucked her thumb. Feeding the dog
Aunt Shirlee and Uncle Pat have a big stuffed dalmatian that is VERY popular with the kids...Kaia very much wanted to feed it. She kept saying "Eat it, Doggie! Eat food, Doggie!" I tried to explain why this particular dog wasn't hungry...but she kept trying! It was so cute.

The Easter Bunny Brought Em some Spiderman Tattoos. She spent most of Easter lunch tattooing all of the relatives. It was so cute! Here she's putting one on Grandma Jean, and checking to see if it's ready.

My Grandma Jean had a hip replacement and was in rehab having PT, etc...so we were able to visit with her at the rehab hospital. It was a nice place, and Emma and Kaia kept us all entertained! Em decided she was going to marry Dapa, so here she is having a dance with him.
